Legend of the Seeker gets a second season

I Believe it's on CW on Sunday afternoons. But then, I've never seen it myself.
It's a first run syndicated show produced by ABC Studios, the production arm of well, ABC. It may appear on CW or My Network TV affiliate stations, as they're the ones with the best available timeslots. Superstation WGN airs it Sat at 3 & 4 Central.

I really need to check this show out. I'm a big Hercules and Xena fan, so it's great to see Sam Raimi and Rob Tapert team up for another syndicated fantasy show. I wonder how long it will be before the mandatory Bruce Campbell and Ted Raimi cameos.

Not shocking considering the first episode had higher ratings than most shows on The CW when they showed it.

I don't watch it, I can't stand these type of shows, but I'm glad they are around, better than more cop/doctor shows.

She's insanely beautiful in that Mord Sith outfit.

She's just insanely beautiful. I Googled her. There some awesome pics out there and it looks like she's really a red head.

She is, but she dyed it for the show. There are interview pictures of her and Craig Horner (Richard) and her hair is still dark, so it's not a wig.

I thought her acting in the "dress up as a Mord-Sith" episode was pretty good too. She acted like one as well as looking the part.

I've never seen this show, but it seems interesting. I might have to check it out when it comes out on DVD.

 Ted was in the 3rd episode, which was rerun this weekend. You can catch it-as I noted upthread, on WGN this Saturday... they run the show Sat afternoons, with an encore of the previous week's ep at 3pm, then the new ep at 4pm Central.

I remember some discussion elsewhere at the beginning of the show that Tribune was actually watching this show closely to see if their stations(they're the largest owner of OTA station thats not one of the big networks) could survive without the network "support" of the CW. The success of this show probably makes the CW chance of survival even worse(If tribune drops the CW its in big trouble) so moving it their would make little sense.

Not that its directly relevant to this thread but due to all the syndication CW comments figured I would mention it.

Also, back on topic, for those saying they need to try the show out. Give it a few episodes. I felt it was pretty weak to start, but got better as it went along.

That's fine by me.. taking it all off could be fun :>))

i just really like that hairstyle and outfit. I LOVE the long hair braided like that for both the Mord Sith pics.. add in the outfit and we've got perfection in my book.. :>))
