I have to agree. I've never been a huge fan of too much makeup, but Anna is one step away from Tammi Fay Baker.I despise Anna. She has too much marcara in her eyes. It's Meme Bobeck strength clown makeup. That would be an awesome diet? Want to lose 5 pounds in 5 five seconds Anna? Clean the shit out of your eyes!
That's also pretty sad because it's probably Cake's most popular song. It was on the radio all the time when it was released.Even sadder, I not only didn't realize the Chuck theme song was from a Cake song, but it's from a CD I own!![]()
Really? I'd have thought that would've been "Never There" or "The Distance", although personally my favorite by them is "Daria".That's also pretty sad because it's probably Cake's most popular song.
Agree. Each character is written strongly one episode or less strongly the next. Supporting characters aren't always needed. Just when you think one of them is starting to become lame, they get their own "moment" in an episode and really shine.
It's just whatever the current episode requires, storywise.
I think Jeff and Lester should go back to speaking less. Small doses of them have a much bigger (and funnier) effect than when they play entire scenes.

I'm not going to be the one to fuss at you about the lack of spoiler blocks in that last post of yours. But someone is. And that someone will be correct.

I didn't know it was a Cake song either until it popped up on the radio after the show was on the air. The Distance, Rock 'n' Roll Lifestyle, and Frank Sinatra got the most airplay in my neck of the woods. That's also pretty sad because it's probably Cake's most popular song. Well, maybe I'm crazy, but aside from "Never There," the Chuck theme is pretty much the only Cake song I had ever heard.Morgan and Bryce are the most disposable.

I'm another one who had no idea it was a Cake song. But I'm pretty oblivious to popular music anymore.
Same here, though I woudln't call Cake popular any more - which is probably why I never heard the song. A friend got me all of their CD's back in 2003 and I just now started listening to them.I'm another one who had no idea it was a Cake song. But I'm pretty oblivious to popular music anymore.
More or less what I think. Bryce, Jill and Roark are also on my list of least favorite characters.I have to admit I really like all the regulars (the ones in the main credits). Out of the people not in the main credits, I'd probably have to got with Emmet.
