I hope she's not just the suspect, but the actual perp as well.

Ohhhhh. I have bipolar disorder in my family. They'd act moody as shit, but they never got arrested or snuck into people's houses.

if i wanted to watch a bunch of dirty cops i'd watch the shield, elliot is a monster, and the rest of the SVU crew, if real cops did what this cast has done, they'd all be in prison, i like L&O for it's realistic charaters, not a bunch of dirty cops

I liked Meloni better as Chris Keller on Oz. That's saying something.

they are trying TOO hard to be edgy, it's taken away the realisim that L&O was once famous for

The scenes between Stabler and his mother are very hard to watch though.

Well, *there's* an hour of my life I'll never get back. Got to be one of the worst episodes I've ever seen of any L&O series.

You know, there was a time where we never saw any of this emotional crap on any kind of L&O. That's not what this franchise is supposed to be about...L&O is not about character, it never was. (Not with the detectives, anyway.) Why are we suddenly being deluged with it now?

L&O used to be clinical, detached, procedural. All about the case. Now what is it, a fucking soap opera?

So last week (or was it the week before), he beats the crap out of a citizen (a creepy citizen, but he wasn't even a perp) and this week, he illegally detains and searches a "teenager" who turns out to be an undercover cop....and still no career problems?

And, on the father front, we find out that he should've known his daughter might be having mental issues, but refused to deal with it because he just wasn't going to have "crazy" in his family.

Benson and Stabler used to be two of my favorite tv characters, but now I dislike him and don't really care much either way for her. This show needs to clean house or go away.
