Law & Order CI Postoned till 09!

According to Zap2it, they've delayed the start of the season until Early '09. They haven't given an explanation yet, but I'd say the smart money is on that because Law & Order got moved up, they didn't want to premiere CI at nearly the same time.

Sorry folks, I was looking forward to the new season too. We'll just have to wait a couple more months.

His character seems a bit too much like Goren.

One of the reasons I liked the Logan eps more than the Goren ones is that Logan tended to get more normal, down-to-earth cases (as befitting his character).

Eames and Wheeler could then spend time comparing notes or Eames will just make some comment about "not another one"

But yeah, I was a big fan of Logans 'average Joe' style. I'll miss him.

I'm eager to see the new season, but this move just makes sense. Bringing the show back at a time when all the networks are guaranteed to be airing new programming for sweeps was wildly overambitious anyway, and I'm pleased that USA plans to vary from their standard practice and air all the episodes in a consecutive block (this fershlugginer Burn Notice hiatus is driving me up the wall).

Only one will have new episodes. The original L&O will not begin until sometime in Jan09. L&O SVU is the only one to have started there season.
