Last TOS convention appearance?

Does anyone know when was the last TOS full crew appearance together at a convention?

I have been having a discussion with a friend, and he claims to have been at one of the Creation events in the late 1990s before Kelley and Doohan passed away.

I believe him, but he says he can't remember the place or date since he goes to lots of conventions per year.

Does anyone know?

The last time I saw them all (though not technically together.. they had the "fab four" one day, and the "big three" the next) was at the TREK:30 con (Creation, I think) in Pasadena. I think it was one of De Kelley's last appearances. I had the pleasure of meeting all of them backstage, because I was working for Prodigy at the time (co-sponsor of the con) as a board leader.

EDIT TO ADD: That con was in November of 1995. According to this page, De Kelley only made one more con appearance around that time or after, at the Hollywood bowl. Were all seven primaries in attendance at that one?
