Larry Niven's "The Pastel Terror" Would Have Been Trek 5

It wouldn't have made the movie any better. Even if you like Niven's outline, by the time it passed through the set of script writers that worked on ST:5 it would have ended up containing just as many lame (sorry, I mean humorous) elements as ST:5.
