Large Anthology comic books, how large?

I don't know if Marvel: Your Universe reprint comic will last or catch on, it's purpose seems to bring fans up to speed.
While looking at this book, I wondered how large a standard size comic book could be and I was thinking of new material and not reprint.
In the direct market, Your Universe goes for $5.99 so how much might a 192 pager go for with new material. Now that works out to 8 full length stories or seven if the cover feature on the wraparound cover was double length or 44 vice standard 22 pagers. Would $8.99 be reasonable or would a still higher price be needed for the new material like $9.99?
Just thinking out loud.

Perhaps I'll change this to do you want to see comic books consolidated into fewer and larger anthology books? Does anyone out there know what such a book would have to cost to provide all new instead of reprint material. My own research advances very slowly on this front.
But my main purpose is that the std. 32 pager is pricing itself at $3.99 a good way to price one's self out of the market via sticker shock.
