Not exactly what most people think of when they hear "gaming", so I'm not entirely sure it belongs here, but I've been working on some rules and gameplay for the Cardassian board game kotra, which we see in DS9's "Empok Nor". 
I had seen several online discussions on the rules, but no one had ever worked out any complete rules for it, so I went about hunting production notes and the like to see if I could come up with something.
