Knight Rider 2008 Series SPOILERS

Last we saw KARR he was in pieces. However, it was mentioned at Comic-Con that there would be a KARR influenced story in the first season. Whether that means KI3T goes rogue or if another "prototype" car shows is up in the air.

I think the garage scene of the KR2008 telefilm showed multiple defunct Knight Industries Two Thousand-model cars. If that's the case, then perhaps one of them is KARR.
 
A good storyline of someone who had retrieved KARR and rebuilt him would work. Especially if KARR is a recurring villain.

His CPU survived and was still blinking the last time we saw him so he can still come back.The door was clearly left open for his return.

Cool. I don't care how much the new show sucks, if they find a way to bring back the original car for just one episode, it'll all have been worth it.

I have zero interest in this series, but I'd watch an episode if it featured either The Hoff as Michael Knight, or the original KITT, voiced by William Daniels or a very good soundalike. Preferably both.

UPDATED 8/25/08: One major character in this episode is "Cassandra," a formidable soldier who has quite a bit of a fight in her. It seems that she's got Mike captured and he'll have to find a way to contact KITT for help. When he can finally contact KITT, he's in the bathroom, which makes Cassandra think he's a bit crazy.
- Cassandra may not be who she first appears to be.
- In what might be a nod to things that happened on the original Knight Rider, KITT goed down a dirt road and grazes some mines. Ouch!
- Sarah might find Mike and Cassandra in a very compromising position.

^ I'm kinda excited for the new series, but no way in hell would I want to sit through that crappy movie again.
 
Hmm, big fan of the original KR series. I seem to have missed the movie for the new version, however.

So is this KITT supposed to BE the same KITT as the original show? I know they have a new voice for him. If it's a different KITT, I can accept that, but not if it's supposed to be the original in a new body (chasis? Whatever?)

^ This is, according to the TV Movie, a new KITT. KITT in the TV series was the Knight Industries Two Thousand. The new KITT is the Knight Industries Three Thousand.
 
Thanks. I knew it was the Three Thousand. So they made it a whole new personality? They didn't transfer the Two Thousand personality over to the Three Thousand?
