Klingons vs Predator

Who would win in a klingon vs predator match. I think the klingons could have a good chance of winning since they are built warriors.

The klingons are toast, they are awful fighters, they can't aim, are knocked out by skinny bajoran women and think it's great to die battle.

I choose pregnant Bajoran woman with a knife stuck in her side.

That happened during "The Way of the Warrior", and Kira wasn't pregnant then.

But yeah, Klingons really aren't great warriors. Considering they are suicidal (After all, they'll abandoned ranged weaponry in favor of swords even if the enemy is some distance away).

I think the old Hirogen, which were gigantic hulks, might have been though competition for them (unless their size proved a give away in the hunt.)

And then there's the Jem'Hadar of course, who might not be strictly hunters, but they do have their own personal cloaking ability. I think they could have a chance of stalemating the Preds.

A Predator would wipe the floor with a Klingon, effortlessly. It's badass killing machine vs drunken fool with a giant perm.

The Klingons might do better in a ship to ship, or a fleet action, than in any kind of personal combat with a Predator.

I think the Predators are fare more fearless than the Klingons. They don't even care if they die as long as it is a good death and an honorable one. But they have bad eye sight compared to the Klingons, so maybe the Klingons will win in a hand to hand combat.

Given the technologies at their disposal, I would surmise a Klingon could effectively match a Predator if the said individual was wrote in a serious manner and not a half-rear ended attempt.

The Hirogen on the other hand as presented originally would in effect most likely give a predator a challenge since both are of the hunting variety.

The Klingons should do all right if they keep their heads screwed on. Every recorded instance of Predators going human-hunting resulted in the Pred taking a few trophies and then getting killed by the humans. And these were 20th century humans, without the advantage of 23rd / 24th century technology. Something as simple as a tricorder would have removed a lot of the pred's advantage.

Also, the toughness of the Yautja themselves seemed to vary strangely. By the time of Predators, they seemed to have become less tough than they were previously portrayed. A guy jumped on one from behind and stabbed it with an ordinary knife, another guy with a samurai sword fought one to the death. In the earlier films they were pretty much bulletproof against all pistol rounds fired at them. They took some damage from rifle calibers and shotgun rounds, but it was much less than the same weapons would have inflicted on a human. I'm not sure what explains the discrepancy, other than sloppy writing / film making. Unless one was to argue that the wire mesh body covering actually projected some kind of force field.

Klingons are often fat. They spend more time talking about doing stuff than doing stuff. They're slobs. Worf was owned how many times on TNG?

Predators have spaceships too. And they have personal cloaking devices (not just ship cloaks). And they don't dress like rejects from KISS and play with implausible semi-circular swords.
