Klingon translator for Android?

I hope this fits in Trek tech.
I recently bought a Samsun Galaxy S II and am blown away by the translation apps out there. Voice to text, Voice to Voice, lots of languages.
Has anyone found a Klingon translator app? Voice to Voice would be awesome. I've looked around, but no luck.

PS, or hell, Gorn translator would be great too. And simple I would think. Time to re-enact Arena.

This sounds like that Geiko ad where the guy says "Do people with smart phones do stupid things?" And it shows these three guys playing instruments on their smartphones amongst other things.

Why exactly would you want to speak Klingon on your smartphone? So you could trade messages with other users? It sounds like the kind of App that would get old quick.

Yeah I know that ad. It's funny because a guy I know is trying to make one of the apps the commercial makes fun of.
As for a Klingon or whatever translator. It'd be a toy, just like the communicator and tricorder apps out there.
