This does make me wonder how the redundant organs handle load-balancing and certain medical conditions. For example, do both hearts pump equal amounts of blood? When you go to the bathroom, do you poop and pee out of both sets of the respective organs, or just one of them? What about certain ailments, like digestive disorders or blood pressure issues - If you have high blood pressure or something, how do physicians diagnose or even treat the source of it? And how in the hell do doctors even begin to address random aches and pains when they have twice as many organs to deal with?
