What about talking about thye subject? I've seen time and time again MODs asking people to stop posting topics that are just links or quotes from something while the thread-starter is not adding anything to it or even discussing it.

Has there been an update on this topic? Does anyone know when we will have an answer? This is a legal question that directly affects some projects I'm working on. Though maybe I should just go ahead and publish what I'm working on BEFORE the question is answered. Just in case.
