Klingon language in the episodes

I know that very often the Klingon in the episodes is not the actual Klingon language created by Mark Okrand. But is there anywhere that provides a translation for it, what it is meant to mean?

Normally, I don't give it any thought, but I did actually wonder what they said at the end of "Broken Bow", which I recently rewatched.

Me too.

The reason that I ask is that I'm making subtitles for the episodes. A lot of the stuff has its intended meaning in the script, even if they never say the English version in the episodes, and I'm using those. But for the scene in Redemption when the Council is asking Picard if he has reached a decision, just before Toral challenges Gowron, Picard says something and the script has no translation.
