Literature related since there's fiction in it in addition to lore and rules and so forth.

I was happy to include a bunch of my fellow Trek writers in this one, including Keith DeCandido, Dayton Ward, Scott Pearson, Christopher L. Bennett, Derek Tyler Attico, and Kelli Fitzpatrick. Check it out.
(Mods feel free to move to games if you don't think it's appropriate here; figured Trek readers would appreciate the Trek writing talent we've been able to add to the game over the years).

There's very little content from me, just to be clear. There are some bits of fiction here and there, in-universe letters and reports and essays from various characters, but none of those are mine. (Jim, can I specify what bits I did write?)

Definitely.

Keith, Dayton, and Derek wrote all of chapter 2, some 60 pages of lore material and setting info about Klingons. They and the other writers mentioned above also contributed various and sundry fiction sidebars and character bios that appear in later sections of the book. Their stuff is sprinkled throughout the book.

I can't speak to how enjoyable such a thing would be to you, of course.

I'm surprised that this isnt a sourcebook, but Star Trek Klingons game in it's own right.

I don't necessarily object to that, however. Klingons are pretty great, so it's a cool idea to give them their own game. 60 pages of lore and setting info sounds very promising.

I noticed the advert/blurb mentioned Jim Ford. Isn't that kind of begging for old school fans to jump in and ask about his version of the Klingons being included? :p

It's too bad about having to delay printed hard copies, but i understand.

Thanks for letting us know about this.

Well, it's a short list. In section 10.20, the section on Klingon NPCs, I was assigned to write the bios and stats for K'Ehleyr, Alexander, Kurn, Worf, and Grilka. (And in that last one, I alluded to my Quark-Grilka story "...Loved I Not Honor More" from Prophecy and Change.)

Grilka needs to make a return some day!
