Me too! I thank its great to see both them toghter again. I was so fortune that I got to see them and meet them toghter at the Vegas convetion in August. I did get a picture taken with them both and they signed each a photo for me. Of course I payed quit a bit a money for all that, but it was worth it. And I do agree with Nimoy on lending the charcter of Spock to Quntio, because Quntio did an amazing job as Spock. I think they all made the right choice on choosing Quntio for Spock. I absoutly loved him in the movie. I really loved that scene betwen the two Spock's. I was also fortune to meet Quntio at the convetion as well. That day was the best day of all 4 days, its one for the history books. And I'm sure that one at Dragon Con was just as memorable. I will post some pictures of the Vegas con and my pictures with Shatner & Nimoy and Quntio once I'm allowed to do so. But it probbley wont be for while yet since I only been here a week and I have to be here two weeks before I can do anything. Which will give me time to get me time to load the pictures to my comptuer which has been done yet. But once all that's done, I will.

Nimoy said that he didn’t think he would be in any future movies, and that the character of Spock was in good hands with Zachary Quinto.

To me, that's the most significant part.

But yes, its nice to see an easy passing of the torch to Nimoy's clone.

That did sound like a lot of fun. I've only been to a couple of conventions, but I did have the chance to see Mark Lenard and Leonard Nimoy at that one, and James Doohan at another. Doohan was funny! -- RR

I would love to see the two of them together. i hope they have many many more years ahead of them and hope to see them someday.

Wow, that's pretty cool . I wish that I could have been there to see it. Quinto is excellent as Spock and I'm sure he'll do Leonard Nimoy proud in the role that he originated.
