Kira vs Intendant Kira

Since it looks to be a slam dunk that Kira is stronger than Jadzia Dax. Thinking who was the stronger character played by the same person, Kira or Intendant Kira: someone has to be stronger. Kira or the Intendant Kira, interesting question! True, Kira had more time to develop her character then the Intendant Kira. Still, when you see how the Intendant Kira acts and performs you got to give a lot of credit with how interesting that character is.

Not fair to compare them? Nana Visitor plays both characters, and she is not apples and oranges.

Doesn't change the fact that Kira had 7 years to develop and grow, whereas the Intendant was only in 5 episodes and one episode she only turned up for around 5 minutes.

Well, that last bit probably says more about Alt-Garak's ineptitude than anything else...

True, but our Garak never told people he killed people but we know he did. The mirror Garak told people he killed people but I never did see him kill anyone.

As for the comparison... there is none. The Intendant was one of the more interesting characters in the MU, and not just because of her crazy libido. Kira, however, was one of the most important and well-developed characters in all of Star Trek. It's like comparing James Kirk to Chris Pike. Pike's a likeable character, but Kirk has simply had much more to draw upon.

As for the comparison... there is none. The Intendant was one of the more interesting characters in the MU, and not just because of her crazy libido. Kira, however, was one of the most important and well-developed characters in all of Star Trek. It's like comparing James Kirk to Chris Pike. Pike's a likeable character, but Kirk has simply had much more to draw upon.

I second this. Kira is seriously complex, and the Intendant was a 5 episode villain.

This is no contest, Kira because our Kira doesn't blink when faced with a nearly impossible situation. I can't imagine The Intendent doing the same thing, that coward would run at the first sign of trouble. Call me batty but I really admire confident people because I am not one of them.
