That's because there are mountains when there could be the sea! You know you want to joing the North Side.
Still. I made an assumption. I have embarrassed myself and deserve a severe tar and feathering. My posting a bunch of pictures of London may have had something to do with that.
No worries!![]()
At least you have interesting mountains to look at. The mountains here are dull, brown, and not all that impressive.Hehehe. It's true that I prefer the sea over mountains but I also spent nearly half my life in the south so a setting in the mountain isn't exotic to me at all.
You've never seen The Sound of Music?![]()
For anyone who grew up in the U.S. during the 70's it was almost impossible to miss. Back in the days of only 3 channels, SoM and The Ten Commandments where always played once a year (and the other two channels knew better than to schedule anything worth while against them). Both where almost considered an "Event" to some. As far as I know one of the Big 3 still does show them each year, there are just way more options now.
Easter, It seems to me that often one of these would be shown on or around Easter.

When I was growing up King Kong (the original) was played once a year at thanksgiving and was our traditional "Event". Now that's a movie everyone should see!! Incredibly atmospheric.
That's it! But I don't like any of those people!
Aye, Tea.I'm joking here in case I have to actually spell it out.

The remake was fun but the original King Kong was incredible.

I saw the stage version on Broadway and the movie when it first came out, and then never again until I subscribed to Netflix. I enjoy it now as much as I remembered from my teens.
I wonder if I should send anonymous pink roses out. No one will know if they are from me or someone else!
