Kestra and RoMax's Valentine Extravaganza!

And my sig is from "My Favorite Things" from The Sound of Music. Have you seen it? It's fantastic.

No, I haven't! And I wouldn't have thought that it is something from a movie. The cream coloured ponies made me think that this is something someone came up with here.
I'll check it out!

Everyone isn't required to like it! Or even see it.

Now then, any more flower requests? Let someone know that you're thinking of them!

I'll participate with 1 and 2. No crushes, but I like the idea of sending friendship roses.

Incidentally, I have two friends who are fans. But until they mentioned it, I hadn't heard of it, either. I can't say I'm really interested in watching it because it doesn't sound like anything I would enjoy.

That's because there are mountains when there could be the sea! You know you want to joing the North Side.
Actually, I think I might check it out. I like kitsch from time to time.

ETA: I mean kitsch in the best possible sense and in no way deprecatingly.

You've never seen The Sound of Music? :wtf:

For anyone who grew up in the U.S. during the 70's it was almost impossible to miss. Back in the days of only 3 channels, SoM and The Ten Commandments where always played once a year (and the other two channels knew better than to schedule anything worth while against them). Both where almost considered an "Event" to some. As far as I know one of the Big 3 still does show them each year, there are just way more options now.

Easter, It seems to me that often one of these would be shown on or around Easter.
