I don't care if rape means "slapped me fiercely" to some people. George Lucas hasn't even done that much to the interminable whiners.

Katie Lucas had the temerity to draw attention to how childish, entitled, mean and irrational some people are on the Internet when strangers don't give them what they want, and not surprising some people on the Internet have their noses out of joint that someone talked back to them.

Thing is with Ms. Lucas is that she seems to get out of twitch with sw-fandom a lot.

If a bunch of ill-socialized strangers on the Internet talked about your father that way you'd probably share her feelings.

Actually no. I'd write them off as being what they are: A bunch of nerds and trolls in a fit over something-- again-- and ignore it.
