Justice League: Doom (DCU Animated Movie) News

I wouldn't mind at all if this was Young Justice canon. That universe could become the new DCAU, and since it takes place on Earth-16 it doesn't change anything in the DCAU.
 
I don't know... looks a little dull and uninspired to me. Just 90 minutes of the Justice League fighting their usual enemies. And the villains don't even look like any of the big, iconic ones either.

Hopefully it's a lot more complex than the trailer is letting on.
 
Am I the only one ecstatic about Tim Daly specifically? I always hated George Newbern's Superman.

No, you're not. Tim Daly is the best voice actor for Superman, aside from the great Bud Collyer. Daly's voice fits the kind of strong but warm voice we know from Christopher Reeve or Brandon Routh. George Newbern on the other hand sounds a bit weak in comparison, like an older version of Tom Welling.
 
^ I don't know, I think Newbern defiantly improved from about 'Twilight' onwards. Even then, I think it had as much to do with the writing as the performance.
 
I prefer Daly as well. To me he is the voice of Superman as much as I hear Kevin Conroy as Batman when I read dialogue in comics now.
 
I'm really looking forward to this. I haven't read the comic, so I can't compare the movie to the source material, but I've loved pretty much all of the DCUA movies so far. I just saw the cast list on wikipeida, and really have gotten a great cast together for this. I just wish Marvel would get these kinds of actors for their animated movies.
 
Yeah the only Marvel DTV that I really enjoyed was Planet Hulk...Thor Vs though was pretty good, especially Thor Vs Hulk.
 
I just watched and enjoyed Dr. Strange, though not as much as the DCAU movies.
