Indeed it is. She played Marta, the batshit crazy girlfriend of batshit crazy Garth of Izar in the Trek TOS ep "Whom Gods Destroy." And yes, she's supposed to be green.Isn't that Yvonne Craig, who also played Batgirl?
And here she looks best of all!She looked better in the Batgirl costume, too. Mainly because even though it covered everything, it was skintight.
