TDM is probably the episode I've watched most, though since the release of The Cage, it's probably caught up a little.

I'd guesstimate in the 50-100 range for my two favorite episodes: Balance of Terror and The Cage in my 27 years.
I do know that the Viewer's Choice marathon from 1991, a marathon from my local affiliate KPTV12 (featuring Savage Curtain, Turnabout Intruder and a couple other "gems), By Any Other Name and Gamesters got a ton of viewings from me just b/c they were what my parents happened to have on VHS. Until I figured out the magic of VCRs and late night reruns in 7th grade...

Impossible to say. I own the TOS remastered and regular DVD, Before I owned the "two at a time" DVD series. Beffore I owned on VHS and before (dating myself) back in the 1970s I audio recorded the shows and listened to it again and again. Too many times to count !

I've been in star trek overkill since got rid of husband as I wasn't allowed to watch when we were together (11yrs) .... So since June it has to be far too many times. Prob over 100 times. My fave episode is BoT.

No idea. Oddly enough, the answer to this question (if I knew it) would also be the answer to the question, "How many times have you seen your least favorite episode?"
Most or least favorite: when it aired every night in syndication starting in the early 1970s, I was watching it.
Let's see, a ballpark figure:
I'm 46, and I've seen every TOS episode at least once per year. Make it four times a year (roughly the number of times a year a TV station cycled through the series) from 1974-1987. It's been at least once a year (probably at least twice) otherwise.
So a ballpark figure: 150. Probably more, but I have by no means kept track.

Jeez...a Trek moratorium, that alone is grounds for divorce.
I'm going to guess I've gone through the whole series maybe 20-30 times, which would be how many times I've seen The Alternative Factor.

I only started watching TOS in July.
My most favorite episode is also BOT and I have seen most episodes from season one and two 4-10 times. I had a hard time getting through season 3 in the first place. So far I have only watched season three episodes once or twice. Fell asleep every single time during several season 3 episodes (whenever Kirk is missing for longer than 5 minutes I start to doze off. Monotone puts me to sleep without fail).
I also fell asleep while watching supposedly one of the most exciting DS9 episodes.
