Just finished the Babylon 5 series run, some random observations

- David Sheridan would have been born in 2262 and given the urn when he was 16 years old in 2278. That matches with what Delenn told the time-flashed Sheridan in the cell on Centauri Prime that "our son is safe".

More explicitly, David Sheridan would've been three in 2265, when Legends of the Rangers was set.

^That plus Martell's conspicuous lack of a headbone.

For whatever reason, JMS likes to use the name "David"...a lot and as such there's a sizeable number of them in the B5 canon. Similarly there's an awful lot of female characters named "Elizabeth" too.

I saw Xanadu the other day.

Downloaded it for my mother.

(Honest.)

The male lead was one of the Knights in Sinclairs head from season one.

^I think you're confusing Judson Scott (one of Khan's lot from TWOK) with Michael Beck. Unless you're talking about Christopher Neame, in which case...no, he wasn't in Xanadu either.

Fun fact; Knight Two (Neame's part) was originally written with Walter Koenig in mind. If it wasn't for his having a heart attack at the time he probably would've just had that one appearance and we might never have seen Bester, or at least not the same Bester we know now.

Yeah, that's the bloke. I think he also cropped up as the Martian revolutionary cyborg zombie in season two...damn, that character sounds SO much more interesting when you phrase it like that! ;)

The Knight character was intended to be recurring. Joe said in June 1993: "Walter Koenig will be appearing in two episodes as a character code named "Knight One" in this season, and will appear from time to time thereafter." He did mention in the script books that he thinks Bester ended up being a better character.
