Here's a first go at adding neon... not sure yet.

^ Personally, I think you need to darken the sky out a bit more -- make it more towards dusk (or possibly dawn... real StarFleet officers party all night, last I heard).

Right now the sky is a bit 'too bright' (IMO) for the neon strips to really show through/off.

Just IMO, of course.

I agree actually, I darkened it some in post from the previous version but I'm going to re-render it at least once more to add more people and some signage, and will try darkening it then.
