I seem to recall the Vietnam scenes coming up in reviews discussing his giant blue man-parts, but on the Blu-Ray director's cut, he's got a big black thong on when he's frying the Viet Cong.

I don't recall him showing dong anywhere else in the movie, either, but I've not seen the original theatrical version.
