Etrigan the Angel (and later the Demon) is featured in the story, anyway. Someone taunts the Stranger, but I'm not sure if it's him. A lot of the ink from the ads on the opposing pages seems to have rubbed onto the images, so it's hard for me to see who's speaking.

Just to be clear, the scene I mentioned was in the SECRET ORIGINS issue. It was an issue of SWAMP THING, also written by Moore. It's the issue where SWAMP THING goes on a tour of heaven and hell and runs into the Phantom Stranger, the Spectre, the Demon, Deadman, and the rest.
