Jessica Jones comics

I'm about to launch into a reading of the two Brian Michael Bendis comic series to feature the ex-superhero Jessica Jones, Alias and The Pulse, but I know she's still around in other titles. Does anyone know of any comics outside of those series that feature her in a central role? Anything else I should read to get the full story of Jessica Jones?

I actually just read these for the first time last week! "Alias" I didn't care for until the closing arc, but The Pulse was fun. Jessica will go on to be a regular supporting characters in New Avengers for its entire run.

"How come when you you tell a guy he can do anything he wants, he always does the same thing."

We all thought that meant something really dirty, when it really meant something dangerous.

She is actually the main supporting character in the first Young Avengers mini. She is the POV character in the first issue, maintains a strong presence throughout the whole series, and is there for the final scene as well. It was a pleasant surprise for me as I picked up YA soon after I read Alias for the first time.

If you do decide to read Young Avengers--which is well worth the read whether you are a Jessica Jones fan or not-- I'd recommend the obtaining the "Ultimate Collection", which collects all 12 issues plus the Young Avengers Special one-shot, which has Jessica as the central character as she hears all of the kids tell her their tales, and art in the Jessica sections is by Alias artist Michael Gaydos. Chronologically, YA takes place between The Pulse vol 2 and 3.

Also, she is in the Secret War mini by Bendis and Del'Otto, but every scene of SW that Jessica is in is also in the 2nd volume of The Pulse, so it really isn't a must-read.

Thanks for the help, ya'll! I think I'll do Young Avengers: Ultimate Collection where you say, and possibly read New Avengers at some later date.

She's in it for 5 seconds and really the funny bit is when J. Jonah Jameson reminisses that as a little boy that he wanted to be Bucky.

Bob Saggat used to write for Eddie Murphy.

he was very helpful with Delirious and Raw.

Very helpful.

But then he did Full house.

Everything else Jessica was in that wasn't Alias is Full House.

Uhm, no. Like I said, she is the POV character for the entire first issue and maintains a strong presence throughout. She is in every issue of YA except 9, 10 and 11. The Bucky bit is funny.
