Well anyone besides precious Jeopardy contestants, Gayle King, Drew Carey and Ryan Seacrest.

I still want Marc Summers to host something again. I know he's the announcer now on Double Dare but I think he'd be great as a host again. Maybe not Jeopardy but The Price is Right should have hired him.

Then maybe Steve Martin? Or Martin Short, or Eugene Levy.

I was thinking someone who peaked in the 90s. Something along the lines of how Drew Carey got Price Is Right.

it's tricky, Jeopardy is a full time gig, so whoever gets the job, that's their career now. I'd put money on it being a woman.

I would put money on a non-white male.

That's interesting, I was actually thinking more possibly that it would be a woman, like that lady who did Millionaire for a while, Meredith Vieira. I could easily see the wind blowing in such a direction

However they would probably pick Ryan Seacrest.

He's already got his hands full with Kelly & Ryan in the mornings and American Idol, both jobs requiring him to travel from one corner of the States to another, so it's quite doubtful he'd go for a 3rd.

I know he's joked about Betty White, but... that'd be kind of cool

I forgot about her but she would be a good host. She was Millionaire for 10-15 years and as soon as she left the show tumbled with a new host every year until it finally was taken out back and put to rest.

Meredith Viera would be a good choice, I agree.

It's paced a little quicker, but at its heart it's not that much different of a job than Millionaire. You read clues... Granted, the Jeopardy clues tend to be much more advanced, but the gigs are about the same for the host.

Actually, the Jeopardy host doesn't have to be anywhere near as fake as the Millionaire host. Millionaire is loaded with phony tension, because there's only one contestant
