"Jellyfish"-Inspired Starfleet Class?

I could see it some day as either a heavy fighter or blow it up just a little bit to create a border patrol vessel.

What do you think?

Beyond a painting in the background of TMP and ENT, we never saw an earth/Federation ship resembling any Vulcan designs before.

Vulcan should have a fleet of their own, although we only ever saw it in Enterprise. Maybe in the 24th century, they've got all sorts of larger variations of the Jellyfish (unless you read the tie-ins, in which it was a all-new prototype design)

Are you talking about that time travel ship from 2009 ST?

It's as much a time travel ship as the Narrada was, meaning not at all. It was just a very fast ship made to deliver the Red Matter, but just like the Narrada, was sent through the black hole.

Yeah, Old Spock's ship from STXI. It's called "Jellyfish" in all the concept art, behind the scenes stuff and the Countdown comic. It wasn't meant for time travel, but to be really fast (not fast enough to save Romulus!)
