Jeanna F. Gallo & Sub Rosa

I've heard theories that "Jeanna F. Gallo" is really a psuedonym for Anne Rice due to the similiarities between "Sub Rosa" and "The Witching Hour". It certainly wouldn't be Rice's first psuedonym. Memory Alpha presents this theory as fact, but also doesn't provide any external sources or evidence. Is it theorized that Gallo is really Rice, or do we know it for a fact?

According to the TNG Companion, 2nd edition, p. 280:
Countering some reports, though, [Jeri] Taylor said the story and its roots in fan Jeanna Gallo's year-old spec script was a nod to The Innocents, the film version of Henry James' Turn of the Screw--Braga's all-time favorite--and not the Scottish succubus Lasher of Ann [sic] Rice's The Witching Hour...

IMDb also jumps to the conclusion that Gallo is a pseudonym for Ms. Rice. I'd trust Ms. Taylor over them.
