Good Omens by Neil Gaiman (I've already read it before but I'm itching to read it again).

I'd consider this more fantasy than sci-fi.

That's true. I forgotten this was just for sci-fi.

The Hunger Games have been good so far. I can already tell this is going to be one of the books that'll be hard to put down.

and... just how juvenile is The Hunger Games?

Juvenile enough that you know your reading a book written intentionally for a younger age bracket. Good enough to still be engaging and worth reading.

For me, it's been very similar to reading the first two Harry Potter books. They were well written in spite of being targeted to a younger audience. I've only read the first 40% of the first book so far, but I can tell you I'm pretty riveted to the story despite some of the passages being somewhat "juvenile".

For those who have FaceBook, are any of you posting your books read/reading/reviews on your profile? If so, what program are you using?

I'm currently using the "I'm reading" program which is very nice, but doesn't integrate with the main facebook page, it's something you have to invite people to.

I suppose we could all Facebook each other for the club and use a program like that one to not only publish reviews/quotes and such, but a history of the books we've read for other's reference.

I looked into that, that's not nearly as powerful as I'm Reading and also doesn't integrate with a profile as far as I can tell. It'll let you post your top 5 list, but the I'm Reading app will let you do quite a bit than that and maintains a library of what you've read, your ratings and review and let's you share the whole thing with your friends. The only downside is that it's something you have to invite a friend to join which isn't quite as nice as just having a link as part of your profile that lets anyone view your books read.
