January Art Challenge -- Assimilate This!

Thank you very much for the votes and kind words all, and special thanks to all who entered!

OK as we had a poll for this last month, the new theme is...

Assimilate This! -- All things Borgified! Give a view of the Borg or their tech from any era, even before official contact -- a Borgified version of your favorite character perhaps, a vessel, a famous scene Borged... I think it has great possibilities done either straight or for laughs. Given that the Borg provide the Trek element I'd even be willing to allow Borgified versions of other non-Trek shows or movies... As usual I'm easy.

Hehe... already got a drawing in my sketchbook! Of course, I may have to ask if it falls within the guidelines... I'm not sure it's Borgy enough, but it certainly had something to do with the Borg!

Erm... what's the deadline? I still haven't even gotten that pic scanned yet and I'm not sure when I'll be able to get to it (might stop by the computer lab tomorrow to get it scanned).

As always, the deadline is midnight GMT on the last day of the month. Entries need to be e-mailed to the moderator at ptrope at gmail dot com by that time to be entered in the final poll; it's not enough to simply start a thread and post your entry there, because it's not always easy to track down every thread that is relevant, and often there are multiple images in the thread without a clear indication as to which one should be considered.
