Janeway vs. Ripley

I just saw "Macrocosm", and I'm left wondering who would win a fight between Voyager's Janeway and Aliens' Ripley? Forget gadgets and technology (come up with your own incomprehensible technobabble excuses), just the two ladies on an even playing field, to the death.

I'm gonna go with Ripley, 'coz she's always just so damn angry. Janeway would get the upper hand, have a smug fit, start a speech about evolved human sensibilites and be murdered halfway through.

Well, she's 6 years younger and 6 inches shorter... but given the right incentive (Voyager and or its crew in danger) I have no doubt who would prevail.

Erm...the monster from TOS: "The Savage Curtain" made them? Or Q? Or those aliens that made Kirk fight the Gorn? Or they just randomly met after Ripley's ship fell through an interdimensional black hole and Voyager picked her up, revived her from cryo-sleep then their competitive alpha-femaleness led to escalating incidents culminating in a fight to the death on a barren planet?

Or, you know, whatever.

You'll have to excuse me. I was simply overwhelmed by the badassness of Janeway and Ripley in the same room. In identical gray tanktops. With very large guns. I had trouble moving past that to the fighting.

i agree with you lol, janeway would probably try and talk herself out of it. Ripley would just fight to the death she did in the Alien series.
