Jadzia Dax-centric or heavy DS9 novels?

I liked Trials and Tribblelation s tv novelization having Jadzia talking to Ben Sisko about meeting Leonard McCoy and other things she liked about the 23rd century.

Which all appeared (what you mentioned) in the episode so one would expect that to occur in the actual novelisation.

Time's enemy was one of my favorite books that Jadzia Dax was in.The time traveling twist and the mystery surrounding Bashir and the Dax symbiot was really intriguing.

I was looking at my bookshelves and I came across a standalone Ds9 novel from The Captain's Table Miniseries The Mist by Dean Wesley Smith and Kristine Katherine Rusch. The story is about Ben Sisko and his crew caught in the middle of a crisis with aliens that call themselves the Mist that have cloaking technology and the Cardassians, The Ferengi, and Klingons want it too. Sisko and Jadzia have a real interesting story arc. working as a team to negotiate with all the different aliens in this book trying to get the cloaking technology..
