I don't think he's heavy enough, he'd topple over. Jabba would be a lot of frontal weight, he couldn't balance it out until he had him over his head.
He'd need to trick Jabba into coming with him to get his car fixed, then ask the mechanics if they can play on the hydraulic lift, he'd say "You first Jabs, get up on it and i'll make it go up". Then he could walk underneath him, pick him up and throw him. It's the only conceivable plan that could work.
