I'm 31 today, I do not want to be 31, everyone keeps telling me I'm old now. I don't feel old though.

I wish I could go back to 25 and just stay there forever.

I should be excited? I dunno, I'm kinda feeliln down cause I'm seen as older now.

Why does our society have such a negative vibe about getting older?

In Japan, if I'm not mistaken, getting older is treated differently, they respect their elders, its viewed as being more wise to be older, and respected.

It seems over here though, getting older is a bad thing.

Perhaps that is a big part of it, missed opportunities when we were younger. If I could go back to then, knowing what I know now, I'd do things so differently.
