It Wasn't Funny, But I Laughed Anyway

From the OP:
What?

They were all showing their package but i don't recall that. Where should i freeze?

Why not put it sideways, thats what i always do in these situations.

Is this from a cutscene or is it in the movie?

It's in the film. If you watch the scene immediately after the transporter accident in which Kirk is trying to find a turbolift, you'll see this exact moment unfold on screen.

That somewhat infamous scene is right after the transporter accident when Kirk get disoriented in the corridor.

And Emperor Tiberius is correct, that's not an erection, it's Steven Collins natural state. The "Decker-unit" is very apparent in several of Collins TV and movies roles.

:)

Depends on how big his "phaser" is.

If he has a small one when its not erect i can imagine him having a one in this scene and he quickly had to cover it up and that was his solution, to put it up so its not that obvious.

that was an unfortunate choice of words. He doesn't look all that excited. Maybe it was that woman with the big butt that just passed by. His isn't as gratuitous as Trip's during the decon scene in Broken Bow. He was really excited to be serving with T'Pol.

Well, I can't watch TOS without laughing, but that may be because I find the idea of a starship mostly controlled by toggle-switches hilarious. Then, of course, there's Shatner's acting and pretty much every fight scene ever in the entire show.

Pretty much any time Deanna Troi shows emotion in TNG is unintentionally hilarious. Double that hilarity if she's interacting with one of the better actors in the cast (the contrast makes the overacting even more obvious).

I tend to find Worf funny when he's supposed to be serious too.

This Troi scene from "Night Terrors" comes to mind:

I'm really torn over Brooks' acting. Sometimes it's laughably Shatneresque hammy.

Definitely. The best example of that IMO is is the "IT"S REEALLLL" scene in "Far Beyond the Stars".

It's like he's having a seizure at some parts.

I'm kind of disturbed thar the debate on Collins' erection or lack of erection has gone on this long.

If that's his natural state then.. well that's not very good. WTF! Why would you encase that in lycra.

Only on a Trek board would anyone be talking about the apparent flacid size of Stephen Collins' penis in 2012.

Okay, maybe a '7th Heaven' board too...

Thats a little high and to the side and actually looks like a hernia from the location.
