Perhaps there is difference between how important something was to the older shows.
I mean, it's baffling and confusing as it is but I don't usually watch my TV show BTS info for the legal speak.
Not saying it isn't important, but it is rarely revealed so I'm not surprised that the production team isn't sharing all of it.If it is driving the creative decisions, then the legal stuff is every bit as important as the writing and art direction.
