No not really. It's all in the name of National Security don'tcha know. Johnny was caught speeding, pulled over and handed the cops his license and registration. He was then pulled from the car, thrown to the ground and cuffed then beaten and tazer'd before being put in lockup without cause.
Before the dust settled he had racked up quite the impressive list of charges including some that carried national security implications. It was all thrown out when several someones came forward with video and stills of the incident.
