Twenty-seven years after the Losers Club defeated Pennywise (Bill Skarsgård), IT returns to terrorize the town of Derry once more. Now adults, the Losers have long since gone their separate ways. However, the kids are disappearing again, so Mike (Isaiah Mustafa), the only one of the group to remain in their hometown, calls the others home. Damaged by the experiences of their past, they must each conquer their deepest fears to destroy Pennywise once and for all... putting them directly in the path of the clown that has become deadlier than ever.

The two film saga is complete. Hey, all the cool kids were splitting a big story into two movies (Avengers). ;)

Enjoyed the first film and I'm looking forward to the crazy this weekend. This is going to be a long one at nearly three hours long. Bill Hader is getting a ton of praise for his adult Richie role.

There is also a fun cameo everyone should be on the lookout for.

I saw the movie and loved it!

They really did a great job casting the actors that played the adult Losers. Bill Hader was the MVP like everyone was saying along with Ransone who played adult Eddie. The entire group had amazing chemistry. It was nice see the kids again in the flashbacks.

But the whole adult Henry subplot felt like a waste of time since it accomplished absolutely nothing in the movie. Also Audrey and Tom basically show up for a bit, and are gone before you realize it. I would have preferred more Audrey over Adult Henry's goofy subplot, I just could not take that guy seriously like at all.

The movie is a little long, but maybe it'll play out better as a 5 hour epic when combined with the first IT?

Also the final scene was different from the novel and miniseries. They were able to keep the long road as the final shot at least.

Saw it Saturday night with my 13 & 14yo sons. We all loved it. Lots of excellent jump scares, including one that had me swearing out loud. It worked as a great wrap up to the story. A long movie but even so there was a lot from the book that had to be left out. To do the book proper justice would need probably a 10 hour series rather than a couple of movies. But the two movies together were great.
