There's a "Trek guest stars in surprising roles" in the TOS forum, but I don't recall similar threads in the other series forums.
I got season 1 of Adventures of Superman a few weeks ago, and Jeff Corey (The Cloud Minders), Anthony Caruso (A Piece of the Action), and Russell Johnson (from Gilligan's Island) all show up. Vic Perrin is in a later Superman episode but I don't have it.
Oh, and John Harmon (the bum in City on the Edge of Forever and later Tepo in APotA) is in the Russell Johnson episode I believe.

After watching 300 again, I didn't know Lena Headey (Cersei from Game of Thrones) and Michael Fassbender (Magneto in First Class) was in it. I guess it was one of those 'I didn't recognize them before they were famous to me' situations. Also, Seth Rogen in Ancorman.

Rene Auberjonois is the Chef in Disney's "The Little Mermaid." I still laugh about that one.

I love Lois & Clark: The New adventures of Superman and it has quite a few Trek-related cameo's:
Robert Beltran appears as the baddie in a season 1 episode.
Densie Crosby appears in multiple episodes as Dr. Gretchen Kelley.
Jonathan Frakes has a bizarre episode close to the end of the series as a rich 'collector' who is very eccentric.

Awesome I did not know that! I loved that they had stolen the batmobile to add to their collection....
Very cool. I will have to try to catch that episode. Does any know the name of the episode?
