It's been out since April. The novelization DOES NOT include the correct ending to the film. The correct ending will be released online on May 21.

Not in this case, because the novelization is not 100% accurate itself. Critical events have been changed in the narrative to prevent spoilers from being released. The last three chapters have several inaccuracies and the ending is not presented. Reading the novelization and assuming that's what you'll see on screen doesn't apply in this story. It's a good novel though.

Not really if you think about it. They wanted to keep the ending secret, but the ending chapters are also wrong already.

it's a good story none the less, i'm just starting ch13, and its good mis-direction on behalf of the studio, I wonder if they will release a direct novelization later

Just finished it, not bad, the publsher's website, titanbooks.com is offering an alternate ending video clip on release date if you use the code in the back of the book, and also it appears that they are planning a series of Terminator Salvation books

I saw there was also a prequel to the new movie by Titan Books also.

One weird thing...I really like how floppy that paperback is..did you notice? It reminded me of a lot of the Golden Eagle Mack Bolan books in the 80s...nice floppy paper.

yeah "from the ashes" and I didn't notice that about the paper, thats kinda...odd
