Is simonsays.com down?

I was going to recommend some Star Trek eBooks to someone on another forum and wanted to direct link to them and it seems that http://www.simonsays.com is not responding. Is it down for any known length of time or is this just some minor glitch and it will be back up soon?

The page is loading for me- but very slowly... maybe its just high traffic right now, as some of the pictures and fancy stuff don't appear- its basic HTML.
