Is Nimoy Now the Oldest Man to Have an Action Figure?

So it occurred to me just now, that not many 77-year-olds get to have action figures made of them. In fact, I honestly can not recall anyone else who was of such an advanced age in real life while being merchandised as multiple action figures.

Prior to this, I think the closest next in line may have been James Doohan or DeForest Kelley, as they continue to make Scotty and Bones figures based off of them even now.

That said, it's not quite as distinct or the same as Leonard with this film, who as a 77-year-old has a likewise advanced-in-age action figure depiction. With anyone else (Doohan, Kelley) the figures are of them as younger men.

The next best I can think of is Schwarzenegger from T3, having a figure at 55 back in 2003.

Patrick Stewart surely had action figures made whilst in his 60s.

EDIT: And Ian McKellen.

EDIT EDIT: And Harrison Ford

EDIT EDIT EDIT: And Alec Guinness

Yeah, Lee was the first to pop into my head. He was appearing in Wars and Rings simultaneously. Lee currently has a figure on shelves based on Dooku from the Clone Wars series, and he's now 87. (But I don't know if that counts really since it's based on a cartoon based on him.)

Well at the very least, I guess you could say Nimoy is the oldest Trek actor to ever have an action figure... :D

You can still get the Saruman action figure, apparently.

How old was Sebastian Shaw in Return of the Jedi? I think he was younger than Christopher Lee AOTC, but late 70s surely

Yeah, I'm thinking Christopher Lee probably has the record now between Saruman and Count Dooku.

Though I have seen Mozart and Beethoven action figures. No, I'm not kidding. Not good ones, mind you, but they count.

I think age 253 wins!

Who knows. Leonard might continue through the trilogy. Maybe they'll give old Spock an end in the 2nd or 3rd film. Or not at all. Depends on Leonard and the writers.
