I was thinking about some of our gun laws and possible loop holes. If it's legal in some states for example for children to use guns then wouldn't it make sense to let a monkey to have one. Neither understands the dangers so both are equally dangerous so if one is allowed why not the other?
Also people are able to give animals other things such as toys and banana's so as long as your not out in public then why not see a gun and toy as the same thing since once you buy one they have zero restrictions on what you can do with them except maybe in public. A zoo for example after hours seems like a place where you might give all the monkeys that live their a gun, just as long as you take them back before you open the next day.
Also I was thinking of gun shows or gun sales in general. Why not just create a unoffical middle man. You give a monkey some money and the monkey gives it to another guy and he gives the monkey a gun and the monkey then gives it to you. You in theory have no control over what that monkey is going to do with the money or gun once it has it in it's paws. As long as you don't directly talk to the other guy you are absolved of all the action that just happened because in theory the monkey was in control of the whole thing.
