Iron Man: The Art of Iron Man The Movie is due out at the end of October according to Amazon. I have absolutely no idea why they are waiting until a month after releasing the DVD, much less waiting several months until after the movie came out to release this book

Nor why they felt the need to use "Iron Man" in the title twice, I'll wager.

That book looks sweet...I'll be picking it up along with The Art of the Dark Knight. I'm not sure what they would wait until October to relase it either.

Anyone know if this dvd will include a plot? They missed putting one in the theatrical release.

More likely that it sailed over you head at mach speed like man in a jet propelled mechanical suit.

Sucks that there's no commentary.

But after leaving this film I knew I'd buy it on Blu-Ray in any case.

I just pre-ordered the two disc version at Amazon (along with the three disc Forgetting Sarah Marshall as well). That will be a good double feature since I loved both of these movies in theaters.

I agree that there should have been a director's commentary but the list of features sounds good. I hope that it not quantity over quality as some of the two-disc versions have been recently.

I thought people here who were planning on buying any of the Region 2 editions should know that the UK release date is 27th October, not 30th September as with Region 1 according to both Amazon.co.uk and Play.com. I'm thinking of asking for it as a Xmas present (along with The Dark Knight and Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystalk Skull), so the delay might not be so hard to endure for me, but for others. On the plus side Play.com has an exlusive steel tin edition.
