*IOUSA Movie* coming soon

Those who are wondering if this is a legit film or not should know that Warren Buffet is one of the main interview subjects.

This bodes well for it's accuracy. Also, from what I've read, it doesn't take the side of one political party over the other. It sounds very good to me.

(1) This looks incredibly boring. I'm not trying to sound ignorant, but I've got better things to do with my time.

(2) Isn't this more of a live forum than a documentary? That's what I've understood about it from the seeing the same advertisement in the theatre a half dozen times.

But whats the point in going to see yet another "YAY! WE'RE DOOMED!" movie? I suppose I run in circles screaming, but what good would that do? I don't use credit, and try to put money in the bank when I can.

I prefer to spend my time worrying about things I can actually do something about. Otherwise I'm just gonna go nuts.

I don't see it as a yippe-we're-all-going-to-die-movie
I see this as a film which could constructively inspire a change in lifestyle. It comes from he same producer made super-size-me. I've looked at that one not as a we're doomed to die from fastfood film but a movie which said get off your fat lazy butts, eat healthy and get some exercise!

Some people might have put away personal savings for the economic downturn, some people might drive a hybrid car, some people might not be in debt and have good credit etc but the rest of America doesn't work that way, the USA is heavily in debt with almost zero personal savings. The US needs a good kick in the pants before the economy is put right.
