io9 reviews Marmaduke.

Marmaduke is so self-evidently bad that slamming it would be tautological. What concerns me this superpowered dog movie is that it wasn't made for modern audiences. It's a time capsule, created so future generations could mock us from the ruins.

Now, I haven't seen Marmaduke, and I have no intentions of doing so, but this was pretty damned on-point.
