introducing a kid to Star Wars radio drama before movies

I was thinking of how to introduce my daughter to Star Wars. I am years away but wanted to try something.
I wanted to do it by the radio dramas first before the movies.
thoughts?
What age for the radio dramas? 7,8?

I'd ask if you're doing it to enrich her or as something to satisfy your curiosity? I think you should do what seems to come naturally and what best fits her. I tried to get my nephew into things like Star Wars and stuff and he thought it was OK but it wasn't anything special for him. But we've had car rides where I talked at length with him and his sister about Regular Show and Adventure Time. He knows a lot of classic rock songs from the radio stations in his video games, etc. etc. Long story short don't go overboard trying to shove things on the kids is my advice.

Listening to that before bedtime will allow her to be her own special effects wiz while dreaming.

If we ever are able to see what a person is dreaming--it'd be nice to introduce a child to Star Wars by audio--then see what the child imagines...
